Whey protein concentrate (WPC) or concentrate of whey proteins (CWP) – is a dry powder produced by concentration of whey proteins by ultra filtration and drying. Dry concentrate contains 35% of whey proteins. The product quality corresponds Technical Regulations ¹ 88-FZ dated 12.06.2008.
