Milk protein concentrate

Milk protein concentrate (MPC) – is a dry protein complex of casein and whey proteins. It can be produced by sedimentation of milk proteins, mixing of SMP with casein or by ultra filtration of skimmed milk. The product quality corresponds Technical Regulations 88-FZ dated 12.06.2008.

Application of milk protein concentrate:

  • Melted cheeses
  • Chocolate glazed curd bars
  • Cottage cheese
