Sweet cream butter is a purely dairy product manufactured by transformation of high fat cream to butter. Minimal fat content is 82,5%. It is produced in accordance with GOST R 52969-2008. The product quality corresponds Technical Regulations 88-FZ dated 12.06.2008.
